Refund Policy
- Initial deposit is non refundable.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the assigned vehicle, they must refuse the vehicle before the trip begins. Once the trip has started, no refund will be issued under this reason. We encourage all customers to review the vehicle upon arrival and communicate any concerns immediately.

Shipping Policy
We are a service-based business. No physical goods are shipped. Booking confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours of payment. If not received, please contact us immediately.
